Ohio State’s University Square

This building is one of OSU’s newest; it boasts popular fast casual restaurants in all but one of the commercial spaces on the first floor. This empty corner space stood out along the pedestrian-heavy High Street. Property management wanted the facade to look more lively as they searched for a new renter.
They hired All Trades to make a statement window painting that would highlight the businesses already thriving in the Square and celebrate the location as the newly decorated heart of campus, all the while cheering up the vacant corner space. We came up with the concept “Looks Like You Made It” to speak to the students passing by and anyone visiting the area.
Due to some permitting issues, in November 2022 we updated the imagery per the client’s request, changing out the food-related artwork for the Columbus and OSU skyline. We almost like the second iteration better!
