If you’re a property manager, you know one of the worst things is seeing your once vibrant asset suddenly empty, waiting for the next renter to come along.

The property managers at The Gateway Plaza were experiencing just that, with vacant restaurant space standing out like a sore thumb amidst their array of rented spaces throughout the Plaza. While they looked for a business owner to fill the spot, they wanted the empty space to come to life in some way – enter All Trades!

We created a strategy-backed design that would attract folks to the plaza and change their experience of the empty space from “vacant building” to “business opportunity”.
